Privacy Policy

How GramViva handles data when you visit the site.
What this covers
This policy describes the limited data collected when you visit gramviva.com, who processes it on our behalf, and the choices you have. The site has no accounts, no sign-up, and no forms — so the data picture is short.
What we collect
When you load a page on GramViva, three third-party services may receive information about your visit:
- Google Analytics 4. Aggregate usage data: page views, the referring page, approximate location (country/region level), device type, browser, and a session identifier. IP addresses are anonymised by default in GA4 before being stored.
- OpenPanel. A privacy-focused analytics service that records the same kind of aggregate data — page views, referrer, device type — used to understand which lessons learners are reaching.
- Cloudflare. The site is fronted by Cloudflare for content delivery and bot protection. Cloudflare sets functional cookies such as
__cf_bmand may log request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security purposes. This is not used by GramViva for analytics or marketing — it is the normal operation of a CDN sitting in front of the site.
What we don't collect
GramViva does not collect personal information directly. There are no user accounts, no email sign-ups, no contact forms, no comments, and no payment processing. We do not run advertising. We do not sell any data, because we don't have any to sell.
Third-party processors
- Google (Google Analytics 4) — aggregate usage analytics. Google privacy policy.
- OpenPanel — privacy-focused product analytics. OpenPanel privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — content delivery, DDoS and bot protection. Cloudflare privacy policy.
Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are in the UK, the EU/EEA, or another jurisdiction with equivalent data-protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict processing of personal data held about you, and to object to processing. Because GramViva does not collect personal data directly, those rights apply almost entirely to data held by the analytics processors named above; their privacy policies describe how to exercise those rights with each provider. For anything we hold or can influence as the site operator, you can reach us at the contact address below.
Children
GramViva is suitable for all ages and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone — child or adult — because the site has no mechanism to submit any.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes — for example, if we add or remove a third-party service — the page will be updated with a new "last updated" date at the top.
